    @RayReddington_NL Hi there, It's not known when it will be fixed. Not everything can be fixed within a day. If you have issues with the OSM app then you can contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.

    @MiiSha_NL @Ryan-Cereza_NL Hi there, You can report users that show rude or discriminary behaviour or have a offensive manager name, team name, league name through our customer support. See the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'report a player for an offensive name, tag or description'. Then you can fill in the contact sheet and provide more details. If you have any screenshots with the conversations, then add those aswell.

    @Vicente-Maya Hi there, No, it's not just you. There is a general issue with the ads on the webversion of OSM. It will take some time before it will be fixed, so you have to be patient. Until then, you can use the OSM app to watch the ads.

The videoplayer is in control of an external party, so this is not something that the developers of OSM can fix. Therefore we are relying on the external partner and they won't fix this before Friday. So you will have to be patient until it is fixed. In the meantime you can use the OSM app to watch the ads for Bosscoins.

    @Fırtınadaki-Gümüş-Yumruk Hi there, For your first issue: Club Funds, Training Progression and Player Packs are considered as 'items'. You will find them in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). From there you can use them for your teams. As to your second issue: the packs that remove ads, remove the banners you would normally see at the sides of your screen if you are a 'free user'. You are probably refering to the ad that gets started after you have watched your match via the OSM app. This will only happen if you tap on the orange 'continue + video' button. This ad is part of the three ads in the Finance section to receive Club Funds and Bosscoins. If you do not want to watch that ad, then tap on the dark-blue button that is right above the orange button.

    @Happy-Llamas Hi there, They removed it because there were a lot of experienced users that used this method to look for leagues on servers where our newer users play on. That way they could get some more easy wins and thus receiving more medals. The idea of the server system is that you play against users that have roughly the same amount of experience as you. When you get more experience under your belt you will be moved to different servers.
