    @Crusader-kin Hi there, The most likely scenario is that your old account has been permanently removed from the OSM database. This will happen to all accounts that are inactive for a period of 3 years straight and needs to be done because of the privacy laws (GDPR). In that case you will have to play OSM with this new account that you created. If you still remember your old managername, then you can contact our customer service to be sure if that's the case. You can find our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Provide as much details about your old account as you can. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.

    @Sergio-Hà It wouldn't suprise me if those Bosscoins are automaticaly added to your account if you met all those requirements. So if you are sure that you didn't received them, then you should contact our customer support. They can verify if requirements are met and if the Bosscoins are added or not.     @DidyXavy-0 Hi there, That's unfortunate, but it can always happen that there are some server issues. They try to minimize downtime as much as possible, but it still technology. If server issues are severe they try to halt simulations, if possible. And a rollback will only happen if data gets corrupted or there are extreme issues with servers.

    @ram2552 Hi there, There is a new version of the app today ((v4.13.43) that should fix this issue. This is for the OSM app on iOS, so if you use Android you will have to give us more details of your issue.

    @emo2335 Hi there, This is normal. That page is there to just see what teams you are managing. You can click on a team to go directly to that clubslot. But if you aren't managing a team then clicking on it won't do anything. If you want to start manage a team on any of your free manager slots, then you need to go to the career page instead of going to your profile. The career page is located in that same drop down menu as your profile.
