    @djpaulsound Hi there, If you created a ticket through our customer support at https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us, then you need to wait until you receive a reply. Depending on how busy it is, it might take a few days before they can respond. Also check your spamfolder as the reply might end up there. If you mean this support forum, then I can't find any other topic that you created. So you probably wrote the topic in a different language then English and was thus removed from the forum.     i see this a lot people who spents money on the game are always nr 1 of winning a game its so bad that normall players dont like it anymore things changed a lot the last 20 years and not realistic anymore... the more money u spent the more likely u win all....

    @alitwen Hi there, There are some things you can do to make sure that the game won't consider you as multiaccounts and bans you. Have your real name on your profile do not log in to the game directly after each other, but leave a bit of a gap do not transfer players between each other

    @mukan_gokturk Hi there, There are lot of factors that come into play for selling players. You might be selling players that are expensive. The more expensive they are, the more difficult it is to sell them. Try to play with the margins a bit or sell players that are less expensive. There is also some randomness to the transfersystem, so perhaps you have a lot of bad luck right now. Anyway, there is nothing to be done about it and you need to be patient or put the more cheaper players on the transferlist if you have any.

    @JuanchoM97 Hi there, If you still have this issue, then first log out of your Facebook account and then log back in. After that go to the OSM login page again and see if the issue is resolved.

    @enesbaba16 Hi there, No one. Once you resign in your own created league, there won't be a league moderator anymore. The league will continue until the season is over and will be removed then if you didn't renewed your league to a new season.

    @Eduardo-Trindade Hi there, Match preperation gets a reset once match has been played. So you need to do all those things again to get excellent preperation again. Also, Cup Final is just one match. So if you won 2-0 in the cup final then you have won the cup.

If that also doesn't work, then you will have to contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.

    @Jovi-Barinho Hi there, Assuming you are using the OSM app, then try to force close it and open it again. Perhaps that solves it.
