You can find them through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.

    @oigioioi Hello mate...nothing to fix here...i already said that better stats doesn't mean you have to win almost all the games you are playing...if you find more dificult to win games, you must try to adjust the way you are playing....

    Hello mate...sometimes better teams lose from weaker teams too...making more shoots on target or having more possession, doesn't mean you must always win...maybe making some changes on your tactics would help you have more wins...maybe...

    @TheAKU Hmm, I know that on the OSM app it depends on the valuta you have set on Google Play/Apple Store, but that doesn't apply for the webversion. I will ask Gamebasics about this.

    @korayovski Hi there, If this is still an issue then try removing the OSM app and re-install it again. Make sure you have a way to login to your account or you lose acces to it.

You could try to go to our customer service and tell them about the issue. Maybe they are willing to give back the Bosscoins.     @sj_karmin Hi there, You could try to remove the OSM app and re-install it again to see if that solves the issue. If not, then you should reply to the message you received from our customer support and tell them that you have the latest version installed and that removing the OSM app also didn't solved the issue.

    @pain22_9 Hi there, I am sorry you are having issues with the free offers. Unfortunately, OSM can't do much about it. Offers are provided by external partners, who also handle them. So if you didn't received the Bosscoins, you should contact the provider from which the offers originated from. You can do that within the offerwall.

Perhaps you had created a new account or let a friend connect their account on your phone. Than that social connection remains.     @James-Van-Duuk Hi there, Interest is only given when Club Funds is in Savings during match simulation and will be added on Savings, not on your balance. So take a look at your Finance page both before the match and after the match and you will see that the amount of Club Funds you have on Savings is increased by the 2% interest that you would receive over those Club Funds. If that's not the case, then we need screenshots from your Finance page from before the match and after the match. You can then create a new topic and add all that info.
