So number of reputation you have is dependent on the number of upvotes you get minus the number of downvotes you get.

Well, this is just something the engine will say as long as you still have these restrictions regardless of how long you've been using this forum. Nothing will change until you have gotten the ten reputation needed to remove this restriction.

Sorry to hear you lost the league on goal difference but every game has its own rule and for OSM head-to-head doesn't count as a tie breaker.. It's a league and not a 2 leg cup game, so it's all about the points and the goals all through the season and not decided on just 2 games. The rules are clear so it'll be better to try and score more goals next time.

You were signed on OSM in 2010 and you have indeed won a Cup 5 times. But I must inform you that
some of the Achievements are not retroactive. Only after each Achievement had been implemented is when they start counting for us managers.

Examples of Achievements implementation:
2014-10-14 (especially needed for Cups achievement)
Champions league A: 2018-09-19
Champions league B: 2018-09-27
Nations league: 2018-10-25
Tournaments: 2019-09-17

Thank you for your suggestion but this isn't gonna change, username are unique to every user so if you wish to change it you have to create another account with the username you want to use and of course delete the former account.
