    @Toronydarus They found the issue with the ads and that should be solved with the next version of the OSM app on Android. Well, that's your choice, but don't complain if you get other bugs which have been solved in newer versions of the app.

    @Umitg_NL Hi there, If you bought Bosscoins and didn't receive them, then you should be able to claim them through the career page. If that doesn't work, then you need to contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.

    @Vhyta8908 Hi there, If the prize were Bosscoins then they should have been automaticaly added to your account after you've clicked on the claim button. If the prize is an item, such as a training boost, position swap, etc, you will find it in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag) after you've clicked on the claim button. If for some reason, you didn't receive the Bosscoins, or find the item in your inventory, then you will have to contact our customer support via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.

    @Puffy_Puff_GA Hi there, When you buy packages from the OSM store that contains items (Club Funds, Position Swaps, Player Packs, etc.) you will find them in your inventory. This is the blue-yellow OSM bag you see at the top of the screen. Make sure you are logged into the correct slot when you use those items. If for some reason you don't see your Club Funds in your inventory, you will have to contact our customer support via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. I dont know why, on this moment, in league ranking stands that I have 479425. Before I opened this post I had the 480653. Yes its my highest, but its what I have on THIS moment.

    @É-Lidar-Irmaum Hi there, The 'oops, something went wrong' error message are usually a local issue. This might be solved if you first delete the cache of the OSM app and then deleting the OSM app and reinstalling it again. Before you delete the app, make sure you have a way to log in to your account. Otherwise you lose acces to it.

    There is indeed an issue with the ads on Android that causes ads from certain providers to take a long time before they load. So you might have to wait minutes or even hours before the ad can be watched. There is also a possibility that the option to watch a video is disabled until that ad has been loaded. Unfortunately, this can't be fixed by Gamebasics/Miniclip and needs to be solved by the provider of those ads. When that happens is impossible to say. We are sorry for the inconvience.

    @vturgiyt Hi there, Well, as you said 'main account' then it is pretty obvious why you were suspended: You are not allowed to have more than one account on OSM. Make sure to read the rules carefully, or you risk getting your account locked. You can always appeal against this decision by either login into the suspended account or by going to our customer support via below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us

    @LegendaFom Hi there, The page with active leagues has been removed. It's not meant to manually switch servers and some users used that method to search for leagues with more inexperienced users to try to earn more medals. If you have trouble finding those league, then you can always create your own league or choose the option to 'take an occupied team'. That way a new league will be created by OSM and you will manage that team.
