There a several reasons for why: The idea of the discussion forum is that users (the managers in OSM) are going to discuss with each other about suggestions. Most of the suggestions that are made are done so because of a personal reason rather than trying to improve the overall gameplay. That you want something added or changed, doesn't mean that everyone wants it or that it is good for the game. The amount of Forum Moderators and Admins is far too low to maintain the entire forum. We forum moderators do this in our own spare time and that meant that a lot of them has left to prioritize their own life/work balance. I've basicaly been helping here on the Support Forum because there was no one left from the English team. The Admin team are people that work for Gamebasics and thus have a lot of other responsibilities. You will therefore hardly see them on the forum unless absolutely necessary. I don't expect to see any changes to this anytime soon.

If the leagues still excists and the issue is there aswell, then please create a new topic with more details and screenshots of the transferlist during different intervals of the day. There need to be at least one transfer worker (the time the engine runs the league to buy players and add new players) between the two screenshots.

@Travi_D Hi there, If you have bought them from the store: eventually you should get a 'claim' button to claim these Bosscoins If they are from an offer on the offerwall: you have to contact the provider. Go to the free Bosscoins section go to the provider which has the offer. From there you are able to contact the provider.

The possibilty of adding a custom logo for your crew has indeed been removed. This is due to new guidelines for user generated content and the filter for inappropiate content/behaviour that was installed several moths ago. For that reason I will close this topic.

@vitusk Hi there, There might be a number of reasons: You already manage a club on all four of your clubslots The league for which the invite is valid has already ended The league for which the invite is valid has progressed passed a certain percentage of completement. It's then not possible to join that league. If none of the above possibilities are the reason for why you can't join that league, then please create a new topic with more details of the issue. You will have to choose which one you want to play with and make the other one inactive. Then you can contact our customer support through the below link to remove social connection. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Click on 'submit a request', select 'OSM' and fill in the contact sheet in English.

@rado-kochas Hi there, First of all: watch your language! There is no need for that. About the income: you probably played an away game. You will only receive the Club Funds from sponsors and tickets when you play at home. If you did play at home then we need a detailed description with screenshots of your finances before match simulation and after match simulation. About the other issue: I'm assuming you refer to the medals that you win or lose depending on the result. If so, then we need a detailed description with screenshots that shows that you lost medals when winning a match. @Rebekkah Hi there, That all depends on what the criteria you let the scout search for. Depending of your choices there might not be a single player left that fits those criteria. The scout will then bring three other players. We need way more info to investigate this. What we need: a screenshot of the settings of your scout search a screenshot with the scout results on wich of your four clubslots you are trying to scout these players on wich of the platform you send the scout (webversion, iOS app or Android app in case you are doing this on the OSM app: what is the brand + type of the phone you use, what is the version of the operating system your phone uses and what is the version of the OSM app. So please create a new topic with a detailed descripton and with all the above info.

@levanes Hi there, Getting a red card always sucks, but even when you play less agressive than your opponent it doesn't mean you can't get a red card. It can still happen.
